Every safety device been verified and tested, and proper bedroom egress confirmed. The status of every device is continually checked, and in some cases monitored 24/7.

Learn about any device in the home from a detailed 3D floorplan. View the status of safety devices, egress details for bedrooms, or pull up instructions for any equipment with a single tap (e.g. TV, thermostat, etc.)

Safety & Access Notifications

Get notified by text or app, if any of the safety systems in the home detect an event (e.g. smoke detected), or if someone else accesses the home during your stay.
